Story
Ravenswood was founded in 1976 by Joel Peterson and his partner and has been known for amazing zinfandel ever since.
Our Sonoma County Cab is given a long fermentation (as much a month) to soften its tannins and provide structure for aging.
Most of the fruit comes from Sonoma and Dry Creek Valleys, with injections from mountainside vineyards at Pickberry and Rancho Salina.
All are low-cropped and small-berried

Medium-bodied, juicy dry red wine with cassis, black cherry and mocha; a great everyday drinking wine

Aged 22 months in 100% French oak; 30% new
